Pre-K Attendance and Medical Information

Attendance:

Consistent attendance is essential for your child to gain the full benefit of the Pre-K program and daily classroom experiences.

Excused Absences include illness, a doctor’s appointment, or a death in the family.
Unexcused Absences include all other reasons and should be discussed with a member of our support staff.

Emergency Contact Forms:

An up-to-date Emergency Contact Form is required for all students.
If your phone number or any emergency contact information changes, please notify the Pre-K Office immediately at (516) 767-4951.

Illness:

If your child will be absent due to illness, please call the attendance line at (516) 767-5211 on the morning of the absence.
